Drayton Park Capital announces investment in City Loan™

Drayton Park Capital LP is pleased to announce its latest investment, which will support the continued growth of City Loan Holdings, LLC (“City Loan”), a leading specialty finance lender in Long Beach, California.
Drayton Park Capital structured a private capital investment in City Loan, a portfolio company of Larsen MacColl Partners, a lower middle-market equity sponsor. The executive management team of City Loan, with decades of combined industry experience, used the proceeds to partially refinance existing debt and to significantly accelerate growth in the loan book, principally in the company’s home state of California. This investment was made in conjunction with senior financing provided by Comvest Partners’ Comvest Capital private debt fund.
In the past 18 months, Drayton Park Capital has made structured capital investments to support the expansion of three small and medium-sized businesses in partnership with their existing stakeholders.
