Drayton Park Capital LP is pleased to announce its investment to support the rapid growth of Spot Group Holdings, LLC. (“Spot”), the leading provider of pet care services in the New York Metropolitan area.
Drayton Park Capital provided structured growth capital alongside an investment by consumer focused mid-market sponsor Mistral Equity Partners. Spot plans to significantly accelerate growth through partnerships with real estate developers in both New York and other metropolitan markets. The funding will also help strengthen the corporate infrastructure, and provide investment for additional revenue streams, further enhancing Spot’s market-leading position in Corporate and Travel related activities.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in New York City, Spot offers a full spectrum of pet services from one trusted source. Services include dog day care, transportation, boarding, grooming, walking, training and retail at three stand-alone locations in Manhattan and one in Connecticut. In the past year, Spot has begun to provide premium dog care amenity programs to two additional locations in New York-based residential towers, helping developers differentiate their properties with luxury dog care.
